ELT is dedicated to ensuring the success of our clients training program. As an ELT client, you will have access to the following:
Implementation Manager
A member of the ELT Implementation Team will manage your course customization and act as your liaison to our various internal departments. Each Implementation Manager is committed to meeting your customization and integration needs through your training initiative launch and transition to the ELT Help Desk team.
Help Desk and Administrator Training
To ensure an effective and efficient training process, the Implementation Manager also schedules a meeting with a member of our Help Desk team who will show you how to utilize all the features of ELT’s Learning Management System (LMS). The Help Desk team remains available to you throughout the term of your contract to help answer any questions and assist you with LMS usage. The Help Desk can also help troubleshoot any technical issues that your internal team is unable to resolve.
Contact the Help Desk via the following:
- ELT Support Portal: Search a library of common questions and answers, find Help Desk contact information, submit new cases or view the status of your existing cases
- Online help: On each page of the LMS you’ll find a Help link in the top right corner. Clicking on the Help link will display information about how to use that page, including detailed step-by-step instructions with images.
- Email: Send a message to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to automatically open a case, which a Help Desk team member will respond to.
- Phone: Call the Help Desk at 415-962-3420 between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Free LMS administrator training classes: Sessions are held regularly for new training administrators or those looking for more information on using the LMS.
Internal Marketing Program
Every ELT client is provided with a pre-launch internal marketing package. The materials include sample letters, memorandums, e-mails and posters, which introduce the training program to end-users, and more importantly, encourage them to complete their course assignments. Your Implementation Manager can assist you in accessing and preparing these materials.
